All of my homework assignments, study guides and announcements will be entered into the class google classroom.

This is my 9th year teaching at GTCHS and I have enjoyed it tremendously.  In my previous life I was a full time performer, playing in symphonies, bands, musicals, and theatre.  Now I have the opportunity to bring my experience into the classroom and it has been such a joy watching student come out of their shell and become confident.  I have had the priviledge of expanding the theatre department and we now offer Drama 1 through 4 plus Musical Theatre. Each year the musical theatre class performs a big production musical in spring. The other Drama classes perform smaller shows during the 4th quarter. We perform a show every spring that I am so proud of.  The chorus started 7 years ago, besides our winter concert and spring showcase we perform for our schools veterans day program and black history month program and we also perform for the college a couple of times a year.  In the past the orchestra and chorus have had the opportunity to perform for low income schools as well as the children's hospital and nursing homes.
